$199 Indoor Dryer-Vent Offer Terms
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Rescue Facility Care, as coordinator of local independent operators
1. Offer. $199 USD, paid on completion, for one indoor dryer-vent cleaning at an eligible veterinary facility in a currently covered metro. No subscription required. Eligibility is confirmed before we schedule. The coverage map controls.
2. Included. One standard 4-inch accessible indoor dryer vent: cleaning of the lint path that can be reached without roof work, including the lint housing and indoor transition duct as reasonably accessible; an airflow reading before and after when the equipment allows; a written condition note (a visit record, not a certificate); and a laundry-room safety look that produces a flag list you keep.
3. Not included. Roof access. VTR (vent-through-roof) work. Gas disconnect or reconnect. Booster fans. Duct replacement. Extra vents or extra dryers. After-hours premiums. A fire-code, insurance, or board certificate. Kennel or intake vent work. Any Facility Care Plan.
4. If the run is not indoor-accessible. We stop, explain, and quote or decline. This price does not convert into roof or VTR work.
5. Who may book. An authorized adult at a veterinary facility in a covered metro. Not a residential house call. We ask who can walk us to laundry, not for the practice manager.
6. Plans. This $199 offer is the no-subscription first visit. Rescue Core and Rescue Complete include one annual dryer-vent cleaning per clinic on the plan; that included clean stays on the plan and is not this offer. Access does not include a vent clean.
7. Extra work. Anything beyond §2 is billed at our flat rate plus materials, or a written quote, and is done only if you approve it. Request-Service Terms apply.
8. Cancellation. Cancel at least 24 hours before the window at no charge. A no-show, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, is billed one hour at the flat rate. If we cannot complete because access is blocked or the run is not a standard indoor 4-inch vent, there is no $199 charge; a trip may still be billed one hour at the flat rate if we were already on site.
9. No other promises. We do not guarantee lint will never return, that a manufacturer warranty is preserved, or that a landlord, fire marshal, or insurer will accept the visit. The condition note is what we saw, not an engineering or fire-protection opinion.
10. Other terms. Request-Service Terms and the Privacy Addendum apply. Platform Terms do not apply to this offer. An independent operator may perform the visit. Law: the state where the facility sits.
