Privacy Policy

1. Who we are. Rescue Facility Care LLC (“RFC,” “we”) coordinates licensed, insured, vet-aware local operators for veterinary facilities. Questions: privacy@rescuefacilitycare.com.

2. What we collect. Facility and organization details, staff contact names, work emails and phone numbers, service requests and notes, photos submitted with a job, scheduling and visit records, invoice and payment status, and standard technical logs.

3. What we do not want. Do not submit veterinary medical records, client records, payment-card numbers, passwords, or government identifiers through this platform.

4. How we use it. To create and route work orders, dispatch technicians, coordinate scheduling and access, produce close-out records and invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing. With the assigned independent operator and technician for that job, and with service providers who host our infrastructure, send messages, process payments, and help us detect and fix errors. We do not sell personal information. Clinic and partner staff see only organizations and clinics they are granted access to. Common ownership or being under the same partner brand does not by itself grant access to sister clinics.

6. Error monitoring. We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to detect and diagnose application errors. Sentry may process technical and diagnostic data such as IP address, browser/device type, stack traces, and URLs. We configure scrubbing so requester email, phone, and magic/reply tokens are not sent when we can avoid it. See Sentry's privacy notice: https://sentry.io/privacy/

7. Retention. Work-order and invoice records are kept for 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or a legal hold applies.

8. Security. Access is role-scoped: clinic users see only their own clinic records. We use encryption in transit and restrict administrative access.

9. Your choices. Request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@rescuefacilitycare.com or through the Data request page.

10. Changes. We post a new effective date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
